Our head chef Sebastien Vaucelles has over 20 years experience in the Events catering industry, having catered for high end events such as Clarence house, the 9/11 tenth anniversary memorial in London, The Royal Ascot and celebrity events.

Our ethos is to design bespoke menus using fresh locally sourced ingredients. We offer canapés, bowl food, formal dining, buffets and barbecues to name a few; in the form of modern contemporary food to international cuisine. All our food is freshly prepared in our new modern kitchen.
