Choose three salads: Iman Bayildi, Fattoush Salad, Pickled Red Cabbage, Tabouleh, Sumac Spiced Chickpeas & Cumin Carrots Salad, or Zaatar Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini Dressing.

Optional extras include Lamb or Beef Kofta, Zaatar Fish Skewers, Spanakopita, Sesame Crusted Halloumi, Dolmades, and Olives.

Desserts feature Loukoumades, Turkish Delight, and Baklava.
